THE VARIETY OF MALS AT ONE TABLE.
The Malszeit is an event in which different products are combined in one meal and different people are united at one table.
Heart of the Malszeit is a communal meal. The dishes consist only of local products of Mals (out of which a cook creates one meal) and a cook creates one meal out of them. The Malszeit is also a collaborative project in which every participant contributes with a product donation. In this way every participant can identify themselves with the project and can also influence the Malszeit by their donation. The agricultural products are the focus and red thread of the event.
